Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. When she was 16, she began competing in fitness competitions after she quit gymnastics. She was 17 years old when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro participant model and an athlete sponsored by IFBB. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career in the year 16 when she gave up gymnastics. After only a year and a half, she was able earn her Pro Card at the age of 17. This made her one of the smallest IFBB Pro of all time. Following her Pro Card Ariel was able to take six years off the stage to finish her education at college. Then, in 2015, she returned to the stage, and participated in elite competitions like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed throughout the years following her debut show setting higher expectations for herself each year. She won another four fitness titles by the end 2009. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion, which made her one of the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (age 17) in the history of fitness. Ariel has taken six years off from competitive sports after obtaining her pro license to complete her education at college. Her return came in October 2015 to compete in her debut IFBB Fitness Pro at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The team finished 3rd at the show. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer 2016 and qualified for Fitness Olympia. After three months, she took to the stage at the Olympia and won 6th in Fitness Division. Ariel was pleased to have finished 6th in the Fitness Division despite not having any expectations. She was up against some of the most talented athletes. Ariel continues to impress bringing an improved version of her physique year after year. Ariel loves to work out her back. It is her favorite to do bent-over rows or single arm lat pull-downs (on machines) along with pull-ups and sitting-rows. Warming up is usually done first, followed by the workout. Ariel is also very efficient with time. Ariel accomplishes this by setting all of the back exercises she does, doing up to four or three supersets that range from 10-12 repetitions. She would do this similar routine two times per week. The first day is lightweight day, and the day she is heavier weight.
